We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Key Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Key Accounts in the Asian market, driving sales, and fostering long-term relationships with clients. This role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the hay industry and Asian market dynamics.

e. The main duties that will be required of the applicant are:
- Key Account Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Key Accounts in the Asian market.
- Understand clients' needs and requirements, and provide tailored solutions to meet their demands.
- Act as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market share in the Asian market.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop pricing strategies and proposals for Key Accounts.
- Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand market trends, competition, and customer preferences.
- Use market insights to develop strategic plans for market penetration and expansion.
- Provide recommendations for product development and marketing initiatives based on market feedback.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics, operations, and finance, to ensure smooth execution of sales orders and delivery to clients.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to develop marketing materials and campaigns tailored to the Asian market.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for Key Accounts.
- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on Key Account status, sales activities, and market developments.
f. Qualification and Skills requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in Key Account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the agricultural or export industry.
- Strong understanding of the hay industry and familiarity with Asian market dynamics, particularly Chinese import procedures and preferences.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in Mandarin Chinese preferred.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies tailored to Chinese customers.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in the Chinese market.
- Familiarity with Chinese import regulations, documentation requirements, and customs procedures.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
