Responsibilities:
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily retail operations
- Provide product knowledge and demonstrations to customers
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate recommendations
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage inventory levels and ensure products are properly stocked on shelves
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement sales strategies
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
- Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures
- Familiarity with technical sales and electronic devices is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
