The Kitchen Assistant position entails:
Ensuring excellence in guest satisfaction.
Location- 5 star fly-in fishing/eco lodge in Northern Manitoba
Assisting the chef with entry level prep projects. Maintaining sanitation procedures and organization of work area adhering to all Provincial, OH&S and food safety regulation. Washing dishes, sweeping and mopping, and maintaining a high level of cleanliness throughout the main lodge kitchen area.
Experience in a professional kitchen required. The ideal candidate will have some lodge experience as well.
Good communication skills, strong work ethic. Willingness to learn new skills.
Salary based on experience.
Job Type: Summer/Fall Term. (late May to mid October)
