We believe in leadership meaning building trust and understanding with in our team no matter what the position. We are looking for a bubble tea and Smash Burger enthusiast to join our team.
Space Tea is a new bubble tea shop in Edmonton that's all about the space theme. We've got all kinds of bubble tea flavors, plus our signature Smash Burgers made with our special 100% beef blend. And don't worry, We've got a veggie option too.
We are the first Canadian bubble tea franchise to really explore bubble tea creations. Such as Milk Teas, Iced Teas, Slush Clouds, Space Jam Sodas, and more... It's a whole galaxy of drinks to explore!
But here's the best part - we're all about being planet-friendly from day 1. We use locally sourced ingredients and even our packaging is plant-based. So you can feel good about indulging in our tasty treats.

As a Kitchen Lead, you are driven by a sense of purpose. You must have experience. You are the team lead and an equal with your team. You can manage store operations to meet brand with standards, and ensure exceptional customer service while creating a positive and fun environment.

OPERATIONS
· Assist in day-to-day operation which include (but not limited to) cook, prepare and service food such as burgers and fries to customers.
· Ensure the cleanliness of the store.
· Assist in stock handling and stock check.
· Other duties as assigned by Store Manager.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
· High energy, enthusiastic team leader with a proven dedication to customer service.
· Proven leadership, interpersonal and team management skills. Ability to motivate others.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Effective verbal and written communication skills.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
· Ability to lift up to 25lbs.
· Ability to move and clean throughout the store.
· Capacity to stand for long periods.
AVAILABILITY REQUIREMENTS
· Availability to meet the needs of the business that may include days, nights, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
· 40 hours per week: including evenings and weekends. Some holidays if required.

Salary: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
