Landscape Crew Member (Enhancements)

Here’s what we are looking for:

Enhancement Team: The enhancement team is a hybrid crew who takes on both hardscape and softscape projects. They are an integral support team for our Maintenance & Construction crews.

Our Crew Members have diverse knowledge in landscape. They thrive in a changing environment. They understand the value of their hard work and get satisfaction from seeing a project come to life.

What are the responsibilities?

• Willingly complete a variety of hardscape tasks (Retaining Walls, Fences, Interlock Patios, Sign Installation etc.) and softscape tasks (garden installation, planting, sodding, mulching, tree maintenance)

• Carefully and safely operate tools and power equipment, always wearing PPE

• Display respect for others, for policies and for equipment

• Always be observant, inquisitive and willing to learn new skills and participate in training

What is required?

• Reliable transportation to Landscape Yard (313 Sunnyridge Road, Alberton ON)

• 1-2 years experience in the landscape industry, with experience in hardscape and softscape.

• Proven interest in working outside, working with your hands
  
• G Class Drivers License an asset

Commitment

Monday through Friday, Occasional Saturdays. Average 10 hours days
Working in various weather conditions
