JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be punctual and reliable.
• Must be physically fit, able to bend, lift and walk.
• Self-motivated and hard working.
• Work well within a team environment.
• Must be able to follow direction.
• A valid 'G' driver's licence in good standing (driver's abstract required).
• Experience using hedge trimmers, lawn trimmers, & other commercial lawn equipment an asset.
• Previous experience working in commercial landscaping/Snow Removal preferred.
• Reliable personal transportation is REQUIRED to be considered for employment. No public transportation to our shop is available.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Landscape Season:

• Mow and Trim grass
• Cultivate, Edge, and Weed Garden Beds
• Prune trees and shrubs
• Rake fallen leaves and remove debris
• General Property Maintenance

Winter Season:

• Monitor sites for snow/ice buildup
• Shovelling walks
• Plowing snow
• Salting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $18.00-$30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• commercial landscape maintenance: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• G2 or G Driver's Licence (required)
