Job Title: Landscape/Horticulturalist/Maintenance Worker

Location: Victoria, BC

We are seeking motivated and hardworking individuals with experience in the landscape and property maintenance industry to join our team at Electric Lawn. Our company is dedicated to promoting sustainable practices within Victoria’s landscape and garden community, and we are looking for individuals who are willing to learn and contribute to our mission.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A passion for the landscape and garden industry
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Greater education and experience in the field
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for design
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy equipment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• A willingness to learn and take on new challenges

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and improving the appearance of properties through various landscape and property maintenance tasks.
• Pruning, planting, mulching, and general yard/garden maintenance.
• Attention to detail while operating in a fast pace property to property environment.
• Operating and maintaining various equipment (mowers, blowers, trimmers, etc.)
• Communicating with clients and team members to ensure the completion of projects to a high standard
• Following safety protocols and adhering to company policies and procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
