THE LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE CREW ROLE IS FOR YOU IF:

• has at least 3 years experience in the field
• ideally has experience running crews
• has a full range of experience as a landscape technician
• is comfortable with all tools and machinery required
• has strong clerical skills
• has a drivers license
• has experience with softscape & planting
• is career focused

THE ROLE:

You will be:

• Managing a crew of 1-2 other landscapers on high-end residential properties
• Ensuring a professional onsite image is maintained
• Keeping tools, equipment, and the vehicle organized and clean to be productive and hit scheduled goals
• The point person for our customer – keeping them in the know on their landscape, making recommendations, and ensuring they are happy with our services
• Updating all administrative systems to keep the company operating smoothly. Be proactive with identifying any actions you can take to make the client and family feel comfortable with our prolonged presence and confident that we care.
• Relay to foreperson any and all communication had with the client
• Ensure all new staff members are made to feel welcome and receive an orientation of the site

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $25.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
