Landscaper

Responsibilities:

• Perform landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns, using blower and other tools
• Plant, prune, and maintain gardens
• Dig trenches and install or maintain irrigation systems
• Operate power tools and equipment associated with landscape maintenance
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, equipment and vehicles
• Drive a truck with a trailer attached
• Abide by safety rules

Requirements:

• Previous landscaping experience required. Preferably 1 year
• Valid class 5 Drivers License with no restrictions
• Basic mechanical knowledge for operating power tools and equipment
• Knowledge of hand tools commonly used in landscaping
• Ability to perform manual labor tasks such as digging and lifting
• Weather-appropriate gear and steel toed boots are required
• Honest, dependable, and able to take direction
• Self starter, motivated and be able to work independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From $22.00-25.00$ per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday ( may also include some weekends if necessary)
