Job Title: Landscape Construction Foreman

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and lead a team of landscape construction workers to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of landscape construction projects, including site preparation, material procurement, and equipment usage.

- Collaborate with clients, designers, and architects to ensure that project specifications are met and that client expectations are exceeded.

- Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

- Maintain accurate records of project progress, including work hours, materials used, and any changes or modifications to the original plan.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape construction, with a proven track record of successfully managing and completing projects.

- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and delegate tasks to a team.

- Extensive knowledge of natural stone installation techniques and the use of native plant species in landscape design.

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting project plans, blueprints, and construction drawings.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.

- Valid driver's license and the ability to operate landscape construction equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $22.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week
