Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement dance lesson plans for students of various ages and skill levels
- Teach dance techniques, choreography, and routines to students
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their dance skills
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Plan and organize dance performances and recitals
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to coordinate class schedules and events
Experience:
- Previous experience in dance instruction or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of various dance styles such as ballet, jazz, tap, hip-hop
- Experience working with children and/or early childhood education is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate and engage with students of different ages and backgrounds
- Strong organizational skills to plan lessons and manage class activities
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching dance
