We are a small Law firm located in Vaughan, Ontario and we are looking for a legal receptionist to join our firm. Previous experience working in a Law firm environment or legal clerk diploma required.
Please note that a car is necessary to do banking and registered mail.
Duties and Responsibilities include among other things:
- answering telephone calls in a professional manner.
- receipt of mail and scanning to system;
- working with bookkeeper to input data;
- ordering couriers;
- providing access to visitors;
- attending the post office and bank; and
- any other administrative duties as deemed appropriate.
