As part of the Business Excellence & Execution Team, this role will focus on reimagining the way Novartis/IM Canada drives Business Operations.
Working in close collaboration with the Canadian cross-functional partners you will
be responsible for taking charge of the Business Operations team and overseeing their activities. This includes providing guidance, setting goals, and ensuring the team's success in supporting the overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for forecasting process for all brands
• In charge of all market research projects
• Working in collaboration with international team to deliver customer engagement precision through advanced analytics.
• Accountable for ensuring the successful implementation and execution of the Commercial Strategy
• Working collaboratively with cross functional teams to synthesize findings into actionable insights.
• Responsible for territorial marketing activities to optimize and customize brands promotion, strengthening implementation, coordination and execution of Field Force and KAM activities.
• Responsible for identifying and retaining talent.
• Lead the development and implementation of standards to support quality and compliance.

Essential Requirements:
• 7+ years of related business experience
• 2+ Business Intelligence & Analytics at a large organization working in functions such Business Operations, Category Management, KAM; Revenue Growth Management; Finance, amongst others relevant teams.
• Must have proven track record for transforming data into actionable insights that drive impact.
• Experience collaborating and influencing brands based on data.
• Has a high prioritization mindset
Desirable Requirements:
• Strategic agility: the successful candidate can anticipate future consequences and trends accurately; has broad knowledge and perspective; is future oriented; can clearly articulate a vision and possibilities; can create competitive and breakthrough strategies and plans
• Bilingual: English and French an asset
