They have an in-house millwork shop that specializes in crafting custom cabinetry for kitchens and bathrooms, all right here in British Columbia. Additionally, they have received the most awards for cabinet manufacturing in British Columbia.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble custom cabinets according to specifications.
- Apply advanced joinery techniques.
- Interpret blueprints and drawings.
- Collaborate with design and project teams.
- Maintain workplace safety and cleanliness.
- Meet quality standards within deadlines.
- Effective communication with teams and clients.
- Willingness to work overtime.
- Organize and oversee manufacturing floor operations.
- Assign and manage departmental tasks.
- Ensure assembly and finishing quality of products.
- Train and review production crew.
- Participate in production planning meetings.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in custom cabinet making.
- Preferred: Joinery diploma.
- Proficiency in joinery techniques and machinery.
- High attention to detail and quality.
- Strong communication skills.
- Teamwork and independent work capabilities.
- On-site work requirement.
- Physical job demands management.
- Adaptability for overtime and schedule changes.
- Consistent deadline adherence.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to $75,000.00 per year
