Hours: Monday - Friday


Compensation: $60,000-65,000 per year plus multiple monthly bonus opportunities


Are you a master of all things Google Ads? Do you possess an analytical mindset, a strategic approach, and a passion for driving digital advertising success? We are seeking to add a forward-thinking, creative Lead Generation Specialist to our growing team! This individual will work closely with our Director to ensure quality leads are flowing in 24/7 to support our business needs. We are keen to find someone who is passionate about analytics, enjoys making positive business impacts and will help us continue to diversify our Lead Generation strategies.


What You Will Be Doing:

  • Build campaigns and manage Lead Generation marketing platforms (ie: Google, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) to transform contacts into customers for life
  • Develop comprehensive Google Ads strategies aligned with company goals and objectives
  • Create rich and meaningful content that attracts our target audience
  • Fulfill the lead pipeline to deliver quality leads to the Sales Teams
  • Drive inbound leads from our websites for our Sales Teams
  • Split test landing pages and multi step lead capture forms
  • Design ad creatives and high converting landing page layouts
  • Measure, review and speak to the effectiveness of Lead Generation on a consistent basis
  • Work with the marketing team to create and deliver multi-channel programs that drive new revenue and accelerate the sales pipeline
  • Support maximizing ROI and budget tracking
  • Conduct market research activities to boost qualified leads
  • Provide campaign performance recommendations and provide solutions to increase conversions
  • Escalate concerns around ad’s being removed, not working properly and/or producing leads as expected
  • Other duties as assigned

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 3-5 years of previous Lead Generation marketing experience
  • Deep understanding of search optimization
  • Proven experience as a Google Ads Specialist or in a similar role, with a track record of successful campaign management and optimization
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads platforms, tools, and best practices
  • Previous automotive Lead Generation experience is a considerable asset
  • Previous experience of Lead Generation on alternative social media platforms like TikTok, Snap Chat and native platforms like Taboola are considered an asset
  • Exceptional understanding of content and conversion strategies
  • Strong understanding of marketing at different stages of the lifecycle and buyer journey and the connection between demand generation and revenue growth in a automotive sales quota driven environment
  • Ad and landing page copywriting is an asset
  • Excellent communication skills – interpersonal, verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail and proactiveness
  • Results oriented, ability to multi-task and handle positive pressure
  • A valid G Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
  • Willingness to be flexible with after hours follow up and monitoring
