SalarySite lead working hands on in all types of residential renovation projects
Must have strong organizational and carpentry skills involving both structural and regular framing methods
Must be strong in finishing skills and flexible in terms of tasks to be performed including - demolition, rough and finish carpentry, drywall and taping, and others as required or experience allows
Must have strong communication skills
Must have at least 10 years of solid residential renovation work experience
Working in the GTA, mainly in the downtown core
Must have a vehicle to travel to projects
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Experience:
- Renovation Carpentry: 10 years (required)
