We have been serving the Southwestern Ontario area for decades and deliver excellence to businesses and homes across the region with our roll-up shutters, doors, and screens. What we are looking for: This role requires ambition, strategic thinking, and a drive for results. The ideal candidate needs the technical ability to understand our products in detail to be able to provide our customers with knowledgeable suggestions, upsells, and services.
Experience in the Security and Protection or Window Manufacturing industry is an asset. That being said, we are willing to train the right candidate! We are looking for someone willing to learn and understand our product hands-on!
As we are a growing business, you will be expected to wear several hats, from marketing to sales and business development. You will have a say in how our company grows and your place in it!
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients, understand their individual needs, and offer solutions that fit their security objectives.
- Qualify your opportunities and develop a strong pipeline
- Drafting proposals, quotes, and pitches.
- Creating marketing strategies and enhancing our brand presence.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, from cold outreach to homeowners, business owners, and landscapers to educate and sell them the perfect product for their needs
- Build and nurture relationships with current and potential clients to ensure their satisfaction and explore opportunities for upselling or repeat business
- Work closely with the production team to ensure alignment between client expectations and our deliverables.
