```Duties```:
- Greet and assist prospective tenants in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide information about available rental units, including pricing, amenities, and lease terms
- Conduct property tours to showcase rental units to potential tenants
- Process rental applications and verify applicant information
- Coordinate lease signings and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately
- Collect and process rental payments from tenants
- Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, lease agreements, and rental payments
- Assist with marketing efforts to attract new tenants, such as creating online listings and distributing promotional materials
```Qualifications```:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or sales roles is a plus
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in file management and data entry
- Familiarity with property management software (e.g., CMMS, Yardi) is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to build positive customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service
- Basic understanding of leasing laws and regulations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
