Leasing Agent

Do you flourish in a sales environment and enjoy the thrill of solving problems? Do you naturally possess the ability to build strong relationships? Century 21 Energy Realty is growing, and we are seeking a Leasing Agent to join our team of professionals in Fort St. John!

As a Leasing Agent, you'll be responsible for cultivating relationships with potential renters to fill vacancies. Your main focus will be qualifying and leasing to potential tenants, ensuring a positive customer experience from the first contact until they move in and beyond.

Your contributions to the team include:
- Answering incoming prospect phone calls in order to attract potential tenants, educate potential tenants about properties available and rent units.
-Proactively contact site leads and applicants to foster successful pipeline management and reduce vacancy rates.
-Book viewing appointments with potential tenants, while focusing on closing the sale.
-Schedule lease signing with approved clients and reviewing documents during signing.
-Posting of notices and conducting unit move in/move out/quarterly inspections

What you need to be successful:
-Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
-Able to build and maintain lasting relationships.
-Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
-Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
-Flexible availability (rotating on call phone for emergencies)
-Basic computer skills and the ability to use and understand applications.

No direct experience needed, we are willing to train the right candidate.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
