Leasing and Administrative Duties
- Encourage appointments or viewings with all prospective resident callers.
- Answer all phone calls and email inquiries providing leasing information as outlined in Realstar’s policies.
- Prepare applications and leasing contracts.
- Process resident applications and conduct credit, reference, and employment checks.
- Ensure positive resident relations; write notices to residents.
- Proof, scan and file documents.
- Prompt response to resident issues and service requests (within 24 hours).
- Recognition of residents’ unique requirements.
- Compile research data on rental markets.
- Competitive salary paid out twice per month by direct deposit.

- 1 to 2 years of experience in office administration, sales, apartment rental or a related field.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Exceptional customer service expertise.
- Good computer skills and sending emails.
- Positive attitude towards training and learning.
- Excellent oral communication skills.
- Maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
- Autonomous person requiring little supervision in the execution of daily tasks.
