Leasing Manager

```Duties```
- Manage all aspects of the leasing process, from initial inquiry to lease signing
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants

-Make nice pitchers of the apartment and post them
- Respond to inquiries and provide information about the property, amenities, and leasing terms
- Screen potential tenants through background checks, credit checks, and rental history verification
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required documents are completed accurately

```Requirements```
- Previous experience in leasing or property management preferred
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Proficient in data entry and office administration tasks
- Familiarity with property management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities

-Need to speak French & English

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $400.00-$1,200.00 per day

Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
