Description
Responsibilities Include:
Prepare legal documents from notes, voice mail, email, and dictation.
Manage lawyers' calendars, bookings and deadlines.
Post lawyers' time entries and process monthly client billing.
Open, maintain, and close files in a timely fashion.
Photocopy, fax, and scan documents.
Ability to file court documents.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
Follow office policies and standard procedures.
Qualifications:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.
Experience with document management and practice management software.
A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered.
