Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Early Childhood Teacher to join our team.
As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a crucial role in the development and education of young children. Duties:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Provide a stimulating learning environment that promotes social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members
- Monitor and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to create a cohesive educational program
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care
Skills:
- Leadership: Ability to lead a classroom and guide children in their learning journey
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
- English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Classroom Management: Ability to create a structured and engaging classroom environment
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to organize materials, resources, and activities
- Early Childhood Education: Knowledge of Early Childhood development principles and best practices
- Experience with Children: Previous experience working with young children is required
- Communication: Effective communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues
