That's why we take pride in providing our brokers with 200-250 leads to start and a daily stream of 4-10 fresh leads daily from individuals actively seeking insurance quotes.

About the position:

• As an Independent Life Insurance Advisor, your primary responsibility is to serve as a trusted advocate, leveraging your expertise to help clients find the most suitable Life Insurance policies that align with their needs, preferences, and budget.

What you will do:

• Explain Life Insurance options tailoring recommendations to meet clients' specific needs.
• Sales process is done on the phone, from quoting to doing the application, this can sometimes be done on the first call.
• This is a tele-sales position, we do not meet with clients on zoom or in person. You will be mainly selling term life, or whole life in some situations.
• Assist clients with the application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
• Track and record quote activity in CRM systems for future reference and reporting.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the insurance industry
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients
• Self-motivation and discipline to work independently from home
• Active Life Insurance license(mandatory) AND must be in SK,AB,ON,BC or MB
• Please DO not apply if you do not have a Life Insurance license

Salary: $60,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
