In addition to facilitating Player Development Programs for youth (ages 2 to 14), we also run adult sports leagues and operate our own indoor/outdoor turf sports venues.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and reliable Customer Service Specialist/Administrative Assistant to help care for our diverse and growing customer base. In addition to providing a best-in-class customer experience and being our organizational guru, our new teammate will help organize and manage incoming correspondence.
Location, Work Environment, and Hours:
- The role will be a hybrid role
- Must have access to a car
- 40 hours per week (we operate all day Saturday, Sunday and most weeknights). Shifts will be dependent on availability. Ideally candidate will be available "evenings and weekends"
Responsibilities:
Customer Service Specialist
- Provide customer support via direct phone calls, texts, emails, and social media (ie. Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin)
- Ability to understand full operation helping customers navigate programs and facilitating sales/registration process
- Other tasks as necessary (i.e greet and check-in customers onsite and provide general support to visitors at Oakland Park soccer facility)
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls, emails, texts, and social media queries
- Manage, organize and assign various personal and group email inboxes
- Outreach to new customer leads and registration follow-up
- Manage calendar(s) including schedule internal and external appointments, confirm meetings, coordinate with team members
- Maintain and organize supplies inventory; place and expedite orders for supplies; verify receipt of supplies
- Perform other general office tasks/support (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.)
Skills, Requirements, and Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Superior communication with fluency in both spoken and written English
- Friendly, professional, detailed, and out-going
- Must be a self-starter, able to work independently and productively with minimum supervision
- Recognize problems, identify root causes, and effectively troubleshoot
- Excellent judgment and discretion; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficient with basic computer skills (spreadsheets, emails, word, etc.)
- Ability to respond to confidential and time-sensitive material
