Position: Line Cook/Prep Worker

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Line Cook/Prep Worker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, cutting, and measuring, ensuring freshness and quality.
• Cook and assemble menu items according to recipes and specifications, consistently delivering high-quality dishes.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, following all safety guidelines and protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas, adhering to sanitation standards at all times.
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure timely and accurate preparation of orders, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a kitchen environment preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods.

Salary: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

• Cooking: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

Ability to Relocate:

Work Location: In person
