Store Manager
Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, and team management.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet store targets.
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff to ensure excellent customer service and maximize productivity.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee engagement.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the buying team to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Manage payroll and scheduling to optimize staffing levels and control labor costs.
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the store's appearance and drive sales.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
- Utilize the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in store management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships with customers.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Proficient in using POS systems and other retail software applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
