Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and nurturing care for children in a safe and stimulating environment
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities to promote their physical, social, and intellectual development
- Prepare and serve meals and snacks for children, ensuring they receive proper nutrition
- Assist with homework and educational activities to support children's learning
- Maintain a clean and organized environment for the children, including tidying up toys and cleaning up after meals
- Follow parents' instructions regarding routines, discipline, and any specific care needs for the children
Skills:
- Caregiving: Ability to provide compassionate and responsible care for children
- Cooking: Proficiency in preparing nutritious meals and snacks for children
- Education: Knowledge of age-appropriate activities and educational resources to engage children in learning
- Experience with children: Previous experience working with children of various ages
- Meal preparation: Ability to plan and prepare balanced meals for children based on their dietary needs
- Cleaning: Skill in maintaining a clean and organized environment for the children
