We are currently recruiting for a Loader Operator in the Lethbridge area. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment and machinery to excavate, move, and grade materials. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that the project(s) are completed efficiently and the highest standards of quality and safety.

Desired Skills and Benefits:
· Minimum of 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment and machinery, specifically loaders
· Experience in the sewer and watermain industry is an asset
· Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings
· Knowledge of safety regulations and guidelines for construction sites
· Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Please note that this position has a work schedule of 10-4 OR 10-3.
