The Mama Coach is a growing, innovative company, committed to providing quality healthcare to women and families. We help Registered Nurses and Nurse Practitioners set up their own independent practices using our brand, programming, tools and ongoing support.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detailed oriented Logistics and Sales team member.

As a Logistics and Sales team member, you will be responsible for providing guidance and technical support to nurses starting a private practice with The Mama Coach. Part of the role will be supporting the team in recruiting suitable Registered Nurses and Nurse Practitioners to start independent practices with The Mama Coach.

This role will be responsible for meeting with each new nurse and helping them develop and implement customized strategies and action plans to ensure they can complete all training materials within a specified timeline.

They will also be responsible for coaching and providing direct one on one support with:

• Business logistics- how to register their company, banking information, and more
• Insurance- coaching them through the process of getting appropriate insurance
• Branding - educating and supporting them as they learn more about how to use the brand appropriately
• Technical support - helping them directly if questions arise from learning modules on their Wordpress website, Canva, Zoom integration, Google for Business and Electronic Medical Record
• Monitor progress and provide ongoing support to ensure nurses' goals are being met

Requirements:

- Minimum two years experience in an administrative role.

- Ability to critically think and anticipate what needs will be

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- High energy, with friendly disposition. Committed to helping people feel comfortable and assured.

- Experience with online tools such as but not limited to: Canva, Google for Business, Wordpress, Amelia, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Youtube, Zoom, Learndash

This is a 100% remote position that involves daily videoconferencing. There is a need for some flexibility with hours as we do service nurses globally.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000.00 per year
