This role is responsible for the logistics administration. You play a key role in the supply chain organization by working with all functional areas and fostering strong collaborative relationships with Customer Service and the Logistics operations team.

Main Responsibilities
Ensure operational compliance with all internal and external standards, policies and procedures
Participate in inventory control, warehousing, order processing, receiving and shipping functions
Process shipments based on schedules and by preferred shipping method
Prepare documents such as bills of lading, shipping orders, SDS’s, or other documents as required
Ensure the proper safety marks (TDG placards) are affixed to all packages and available for all outbound shipments.
Participate in Team/Safety meetings and complete all safety reporting.
Lead daily tailgate safety meetings.
Environmental & Waste Management.
Load & coordinate empty tote returns, empty drum trailers, flush fluid to recycling.
Coordinate Snow and Runoff removal and transfers.
Support warehouse operations as needed
Maintain department files/documents, provide documents to customer representatives when required
Order and maintain warehouse and office supplies
Cycle tank farm pumps and test facility fire suppression system weekly
After hours on call coverage on a rotating basis to create paperwork and ship product for emergency situations
Work closely with management to ensure daily operations and deadlines are met
Position Details:
Candidate must reside in Estevan, SK or the surrounding area

Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Good organization, communication and multi-tasking skills required
Preferred Qualifications
Post Secondary diploma or degree
Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory, auditing and/or related experience
