Job Summary
We are a fast growing wholesale company supplying apparel to major retailers in North America. We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator within our operations team to assist the Logistics Manager for order management and shipping.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Create and maintain SKU's.
- Receive and verify sales orders.
- Create and manage purchase orders.
- Coordinate inbound loads from overseas vendors.
- Work with various 3PL providers to ship to our customers.
- Use WMS and TMS systems.
- Problem solve issues with relation to the above.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 5 years experience in logistics essential.
- A logistics focussed diploma or degree preferred.
- Proactive with problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Service orientated with strong customer service skills and commitment to quality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; especially in Excel.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV a plus.
