- Coordinate distribution operations related to inventory and storage of products and ensure efficient order distribution to field staff and representatives nationwide.
- Deliver high-quality customer service to ABS representatives and customers, encompassing accurate, independent decision-making and prompt, precise communication.
- Support customer service in relation to data entry and customer relations.
- Assist in inventory management to optimize company resources concerning our products.
- Ensure efficient execution of all phases of receiving, warehousing, and shipping, meeting all documentation requirements.
- Fulfill ABS Canada orders, manage products and supplies received and ordered, and oversee the management of tanks and dry shippers, including testing and quality control.
- Control inventory of supplies, promotional materials, and distribution necessities.
- Accurately enter all related information into ABS global computer systems.
- Handle liquid nitrogen and adhere to all safety protocols.
- Uphold Genus core values, mission, and vision.
- Acknowledge that the position may require work responsibilities outside of normal business hours and performing other projects and responsibilities as assigned.
- The ability to work up to 40+ hours per week (Monday-Friday) is currently required for this role.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient computer skills in a Microsoft Office environment.
- 1-3 years of progressively responsible experience in warehousing and shipping.
- Authorized to work in the United Kingdom without sponsorship.
- Agriculture background.
- Bilingual in English and French languages.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs of weight.
- Must have a valid Ontario Driver's license.
