Employee will hold the position of Lumber/Service Desk representative at Leathertown Lumber Inc
- This position will involve the following duties, but not limited to:
o Responding promptly to customers entering the store for lumber/service desk needs.
o Responding promptly to customer’s phone calls, e-mails and other communications related to lumber/service desk needs.
o Partnering with our customers throughout all processes: preparing pricing packages, finalize requirements, resolve issues and provide scheduling updates in a timely manner, (in a way that the customer feels supported, and our other team members can assist in your absence, or vice versa).
o Supporting the Leathertown team by participating in generating Purchase Orders, Receiving, Procuring multiple prices, etc.
o Supporting the Leathertown team with cashier services, cleaning shelves, stocking shelves, etc.
o Supporting the Leathertown team by covering holidays, sick times, etc.
o Candidate will receive training on our internal POS and ordering system.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $52,000.00 per year
