Machine Shop Manufacturing Assistant

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to train as a product quality shop technician. As a Shop technician, you will provide support to our shop operations and assist with various tasks to ensure the smooth running of our manufacturing processes. Some of the equipment trained on will include: Drill Presses, Buffing tools, Powder Coating, and Blast Booths. This position has tremendous potential for advancement in a friendly environment. Duties:
- Assemble components according to specifications
- Assist with machine cutting operations
- Fabricate parts using various tools and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the shop area

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with machining processes and equipment preferred but not required

Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy objects if required
