What success looks like in this role:
- Work experience with public sector departments
- Dell Enterprise Server and storage experience & knowledge
- Multiple OS knowledge and implementation experience
- Provide technical expertise and functional support for enterprise software and hardware systems
- Support test and development environments
- Practical hands-on SQL and/or DMSII experience
- Knowledge of legacy programming languages such as COBOL, PL/I and Assemble,
- Analyze and evaluate the impact of application changes and enhancements.
- Provide detailed technical advice and guidance to users, clients, and staff.
- Produce technical and descriptive documentation.
- Interact with testing team and provide technical input, support, and analysis for software and hardware specifications.

You will be successful in this role if you have:
- Experience in performing Systems Administration in an Enterprise environment.
- Multiple OS knowledge and implementation experience
- Provide technical expertise and functional support for enterprise software and hardware systems.
- Support test and development environments
- Practical hands-on SQL
- Knowledge of legacy programming languages such as COBOL and/or ALGOL
- Analyze and evaluate the impact of application changes and enhancements.
- Provide detailed technical advice and guidance to users, clients, and staff.
- Produce technical and descriptive documentation.
- Interact with testing team and provide technical input, support, and analysis for software and hardware specifications.
- Experience in DMSII or similar database experience is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of COBOL experience
- Previously held government clearance, or Active Reliability Clearance preferred.
