Maintenance Attendant

The Boisé Vanier residence, located along the St-Charles River, offers seniors a warm and safe environment while respecting the specific needs of each person.We are currently looking for a person to fill a full-time daytime Maintenance attendant position.Apartment renovations and resident requisitions + all other related tasks: laying floors, painting, plastering

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Schedule: Monday to Friday during the day with every other weekend
Salary: to be discussed

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Clean entryways and common areas
• Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas
• Maintain and clean the premises
• Schedule and ensure that preventive maintenance is performed on equipment
• Supervise the maintenance of the equipment

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Good communication
• No experience necessary
