MAINTENANCE / FACILITIES WORKER

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Building Maintenance :

• Oversee all internal and external spaces for all HHA facilities and properties
• Facilitate projects required on HHA facilities including painting, demolition, large cleaning efforts, and special projects identified by the Director of Operations
• Perform checks of all HHA properties to create a checklist of work required to ensure properties are maintained to a high-level of integrity
• Set up weekly schedule for lawn maintenance, cleaning, and other necessary functions of operations
• Report to the Director of People and Culture

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
