Kingsway Living Grand Falls - Windsor is looking for a part time Maintenance Worker to join our team!

Maintenance Job Description/Duties:

- Maintain a complete record of required preventative maintenance activity.

- Maintain grounds

- Mowing, if applicable (Seasonal), general grounds up-keep, etc.

Minor repairs and demand maintenance including, but not limited to;

Repair of broken/damaged equipment

Painting and plastering

Minor plumbing

Minor Carpentry

· Installation, assembly, and replacement, as needed

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Salary: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Ability to Relocate:

• Grand Falls-Windsor, NL: Relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: In person
