Maintenance Worker Needed Rossland Ridge Co-op Oshawa, ON
Job details Part-time: 8hrs per day – 3 (three) days a week minimum; with possibility of extra hours when required
Experience: 2-3 years (preferred)
Job description: Respond to all work orders
General plumbing (replacing cartridges, faucets etc.)
General electrical (replace light bulbs in all common areas, fixtures, plugs, etc.)
Basic carpentry Painting / plastering / cabinets / doors etc.
Grass cutting / trimming
Cleaning of office area, kitchen, all hallways, party room (mopping, vacuuming, garbage disposal)
Litter pick-up around common areas
Assist and carry out inspections and implementation of preventative maintenance
Keep all log books up to date
Update fire safety log books
Keep fire equipment's up-to-date
Advise maintenance chair when there is a need for trade’s people / supervise contractors
Purchase supplies / pick up supplies / restock inventory / receive shipments / check packing slips
Provide a vulnerable police check upon hiring
Personal vehicle is a MUST
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Salary: $27.00-$29.00 per hour
