The bigger picture
We're looking for a strategic, forward-thinking and result driven individual to come on board as our Manager, Consumer Support and Document Management for up to a 36-month term at our Henderson location in Regina. You will be responsible for leading a team of leaders within our Consumer Support Centre and Document Management Centre. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives that support growth and efficiencies within Conexus.
How you'll be spending your time
- Coaching, empowering, and leading a team of direct reports to maximize member experience and operational performance
- Ensuring the delivery of consumer lending Support and Document Management service solutions that comply with policy and legislation
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on subjects related to consumer lending and Document Management
- Monitoring and breaking down processes to reduce wasted steps to drive efficiencies
- Identifying and managing risks and opportunities while ensuring adherence to company policies and legislation

The experience you bring
- 4+ years formal leadership
- 7+ years lending or loan administration
- Knowledge and understanding of loan policy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Salary Range:
$79,880 - $106,500 with 13% Short Term Incentive Target
