About the team
Identity & Access Management (IAM) is a critical part of Deloitte’s Cyber Risk Services practice that helps our clients to be Secure, Vigilant and Resilient in the face of an ever-increasing array of cyber threats and vulnerabilities. IAM service line delivers the design and implementation of secure Identity and Access Management solutions that leverage the technologies of today’s pre-eminent Access Management, provisioning and directory services vendors. IAM services along with our broader cyber risk services help organizations address timely and pervasive issues such as identity theft, data security breaches, data leakage, cyber security, and system outages across organizations of various sizes and industries, with the goal of enabling ongoing, secure, and reliable operations across the enterprise.
The IAM service line delivers the design and implementation of secure Identity and Access Management solutions that leverage the technologies of today’s pre-eminent Access Management, provisioning and directory services vendors.
What will your typical day look like?
• Take a lead role in business development and proposal efforts
• Lead security and control aspects of complex projects
• Demonstrate advanced understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls and related standards
• Understand complex business and information technology management processes
• Facilitate use of technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design and/or implement products and services
• Employ a structured approach to project management to ensure complete client satisfaction and project profitability
• Work with security vendors to understand their solution offerings and advise clients on appropriate technologies
• Develop your expertise in a specialization and your reputation as a business advisor
• Participate in the development and delivery of training programs to clients
• Actively participate in decision making with engagement management and seek to understand the broader impact of current decisions
Enough about us, let’s talk about you
• BA/BS Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting or Information Systems
• 10+ years’ experience in developing, implementing or architecting information systems.
• 5+ years of technical architecture experience integrating Identity and Access Management software into clients' infrastructure and applications.
• 3+ years’ experience in managing deployments of at least one of the following IAM vendors suites: SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, ForgeRock, Oracle, BeyondTrust, CA, IBM
• Experience with deploying IAM products in AWS, GCP and Azure cloud platforms
• Experience in role design and implementation
• Experience managing projects through the full system development lifecycle
• Experience in carrying out advanced application integration with IAM solutions dealing with advanced provisioning (such as multilevel workflows), single sign-on (WIA, Forms, HTTP), and PKI concepts
• Experience in technologies such as Java, LDAP, SSL RDBMS, and Linux
• Experience with Web/Application servers such as IIS, WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, and Apache
• Experience in development/configuration of standard/custom IAM integrations using Java, .Net, or other major scripting languages
• Experience in providing estimations and sizing for custom IAM integrations
• Able to create, plan, and execute advanced IAM trainings and independently drive proof of concepts involving emerging IAM technologies
• Experience with Web/Application servers such as IIS, WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, and Apache
• Experience with REST, SOAP and curl commands
• Experience with installing applications, manage software packages & binaries
• Able to interpret server architecture, network & firewall requirements and communication protocols
