What's the opportunity?

You will play a pivotal role in gathering, preparing, analyzing, and delivering regular updates and presentations to senior management to drive informed decision-making and improve the performance of identified KPIs of different unit of Fraud Operations. You will provide business managers and senior management within Fraud Operations analysis and insights on trends, patterns, overall performance, and key insights that can inform departmental strategies and improvements. You will be a key enabler within Fraud Operations Management's team, collaborating with colleagues to effectively communicate overall unit performance.

What will you do?

  • Analysis of weekly, monthly, and quarterly results of the different Fraud Operations dashboards.
  • Retrieve data from different sources, including databases, spreadsheets, dashboard, etc.
  • Partner with unit leaders and senior leadership to evolve monthly/quarterly fraud updates.
  • Collaborate with Cross functional teams to gather data driven insights that support our goals.
  • Conduct comparative analysis to benchmark departmental performance against historical data.
  • Develop commentary and presentations to inform decision making for senior leadership.
  • Evolve tools for deeper business insights on operational performance.
  • Identify opportunities and implement solutions to streamline the Performance Management processes.
  • Stay apprised of the different areas and operations strategies and objectives.
  • Assist with the workforce management transition of the different areas.

What you need to succeed

Must have:

  • Strong Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (Excel, Tableau, etc.)
  • Innovative thinker, who can identify optimization opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex findings clearly.
  • Strong modeling skills using PowerPoint.
  • Ability to effectively package results and opportunities, socialize and gain alignment with business parties.
  • Ability to present to an audience.
  • Collaborative with strong ability to impact and influence key partners.
  • Business acumen with proven business results/successes from past positions
  • Attention to details and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Applicants from Quebec need to be bilingual in French and English - required to communicate with teams located across Canada
