The Pasqua First Nation is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated team player to provide service to the Pasqua First Nation. The Human resources Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and managing a comprehensive human resource program as per Pasqua policies.
Job Summary:
Assist in the process of recruiting, selecting and retaining employees whose skills match PFN requirements
Assist in developing and implementing systems to manage and evaluate the performance of PFN employees
Assist in the employee selection process and the preparation of employment letters
Assist in the development and updating of all policies, procedures and directives about Humans Resource issues.
Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
Preparing for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training
all other duties as required from time to time
