We are currently seeking a Manager, Physician Engagement to join our team of dedicated professionals in the TriCities & Fraser Valley regions of British Columbia. This role will support our brands in BC including Clinical Sleep Solutions, OxyLife Respiratory Services, and Coastal Sleep Homecare Services.
Reporting to the Director of Business Development in British Columbia the Manager, Physician Engagement will be accountable to build and maintain strong relationships with general practitioners, physician specialists and group practices to grow the business within BC.
Key accountabilities:
- Achieve or exceed targets for patient referrals and referral quality in assigned territory. Targets are established by Resolute Health Management.
- Create and manage a business development plan for the assigned territory which includes objectives, strategies, and activities.
- Develop and execute strategies for enterprise business development (B2B) within the Territory.
- Provide monthly progress reports on objectives to Director, Business Development (BC).
- Maintain CRM (Salesforce) with up-to-date information on business development activities.
- Regional travel is required to support business development activities within the Territory.
- Develop and execute strategies to connect and engage with stakeholders.
- Work outside of normal business hours may be a requirement of this role.
- Communicate and educate stakeholders about all our British Columbia brands and service delivery model
- Coordinate with the clinic operations team to ensure continuity of service delivery between the business development and operational functions of the organization.
- The above duties may grow and change as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor Business Degree or diploma would be considered an asset.
- 5 years’ experience in a similar role, or similar education and experience.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to understand how patients and physicians navigate the health care system as it pertains to respiratory therapy.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Thrives in a fast paced environment with an ability to overcome challenges.
- Works well independently.
- A full Class 5 driver’s license is required.
- Superior Networking skills and self-driven to meet defined KPI’s.
- Ability to build relationships within the medical community.
- Candidates who speak multiple languages are an asset.
