Position Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Regional Sales Manager is responsible for developing and coaching their direct reports and determining the territory potential for existing customers, competitor accounts and new business in British Columbia. This position will be based in the Vancouver Lower Mainland and involve travel throughout BC monthly.
The compensation package for this position ranges from $ 130,000 to $155,000 on an annual basis.
The successful candidate must be residing in the commutable distance from our Delta DC.

Duties & Responsibilities:
The Regional Sales Manager position is integral to the sales leadership team and is responsible for driving results to exceed AOP expectations. Other responsibilities include the financial management of the department, including cost, profitability, the creation and management of the sales operating budget, and implementing best practices for improved customer experience. Responsibilities will include providing leadership, development and coaching to staff, employee development, modelling the Cornerstone Values, providing flawless service to our customers, and maintaining exceptional employee relations. This position is also responsible for participating in food shows, sales meetings and promotions. We seek motivated, results-oriented individuals who thrive on change in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Demonstrated leadership skills, with a strong focus on coaching, development, authentic leadership and change management
Exceptional conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
Excellent internal and external customer service skills
Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with key business partners, and other stakeholders
Strong presentation skills and analytical skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
Ability to implement strategies and key initiatives
Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Computer literate (Google, CRM)
University/college degree in sales/marketing/business would be an asset
Minimum 5 years experience in sales management
5 to 10 years industry experience in the food service industry
