Request
•B.Sc. Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related discipline
•At least 7 years of relevant experience in Information Systems Operations and Support
•Demonstrated influence leadership qualities, self-motivated and
resourceful with good interpersonal skills
•Motivated to work in a collaborative culture with your peers, including global teams world-wide
•Excellent listening skills to understand and clearly define clients or colleagues needs
•Strong verbal and writing skills to convey and articulate information effectively to technical and non-technical people
•Willingness to learn new technologies while working in a fast-changing environment and help continue our transition to IS&T 4.0
•Capable to work independently, excellent attention to detail and multi¬ tasking ability to work under pressure
Project Management ecperience, ITIL or DevOps is an
asset
•Understanding of Lean Six-Sigma business improvement approach is an asset
