The roles and responsibilities for this team member include:
Using technical accounting and tax knowledge acquired through your degree and designation and applying it to real world client engagements;
Complete projects and assignments under the direct supervision of a partner with experienced team members who are there to help you every step of the way;
Assist and prepare complete working papers and financial statements for Review and Compilation engagements;
Analyze client financial reporting for accurate and appropriate recording of revenues and expenses;
Assist and prepare personal and corporate tax returns under direct supervision and training;
Build effective working relationships with clients, through direct contact, to have questions answered, ask questions and make suggestions for their operations or financials.
The role entails maintaining and supporting a list of clients. This support includes everything from preparing financial statements, corporate and personal tax returns, as well as utilizing other staff members to complete the bookkeeping and compliance requirements for the clients as needed. Day to day client contact may also be requiredas a firm we believe that the most important thing is feeling that the client receives value for their money when they engage with our services.
