Company Description

Local real estate brokerage on the westside of Vancouver with deep roots in the community is seeking a Managing Broker to propel the business to the next level.

Role Description

This is a full-time Managing Broker role. As the Managing Broker, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the brokerage, including managing and supervising real estate agents, overseeing and managing the brokerage's financials and operations, and ensuring regulatory compliance. This is an on-site role, located in the westside of Vancouver, BC.

Qualifications

• An understanding of real estate brokerage operations and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated leadership and management abilities
• Experience coaching and training real estate agents
• Experience with financial management and budgeting
• Experience in compliance and FINTRAC regimes
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or related field
• Must have a BC Associate Broker or Managing Broker's License
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as Associate Broker or Managing Broker and knowledge of the Vancouver market is an asset

Salary: $73,000.00-$82,000.00 per year
