We are seeking an experienced Managing Broker to lead a team of Realtors and ensure that all licensing activities are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This position is ideal for someone looking for a management role.
Qualifications:
- Active Associate or Managing Broker license required
- Active Property Management license required
- Previous management experience as an Associate or Managing Broker
- Proven track record of success in sales, customer service, and compliance
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and success in building a team
- Experience in business planning and financial reporting
- Strong knowledge of local Real Estate market
- Solid understanding of Real Estate contract and licensing law
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional, organized, and detail-oriented
Skills:
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Knowledge of Real Estate regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy
